Setup & Administration Fees
Set Up Fee – 60% of first month’s rent, subject to a minimum fee of £450
Ongoing Management Fees
Monthly Management Fee – 16% inc. VAT of the monthly rent, deducted from the rent collected.

Inventory & End of Tenancy Fees
The following fees apply to the preparation of detailed photographic inventories and end-of-tenancy inspections. All services are carried out by suitably qualified, independent inventory professionals in accordance with The Property Ombudsman Code of Conduct.
